Thanks for submitting your inquiry, Sheila.
If you're already enrolled in Online Banking, you may set up alerts on your account. We offer alerts such as balance alerts or statement alerts. You're welcome to view more information on how to set these up by logging into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for and then you may select "Finish," and your alert will be saved.
If you have any troubles setting up your alerts, you can contact our Tech Support Specialists directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562. They would be more than happy to walk you through the process.
Additionally, if you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started. For assistance with the enrollment please feel free to give us a call at the number listed above for further assistance.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
