I joined a health club which withdraws about $230 a month from my checking account. I was pressured into signing up for personal training with the promise that I could cancel within 10 days. Whenever I went in to cancel, I was told I had to speak directly with the trainer and he wasn't available. Can I cancel the withdrawal authorization?

If you have previously provided this health club with your TD Checking account and routing number, you will need to place a stop payment on all future scheduled payments from this vendor. If you've provided your debit card number for the payment, you'll need to cancel any future debits directly with the vendor. In the instance that you still encounter an issue after cancellation, you're welcome to contact us for further options.
