I put in an order for new checks, and I didn't realize that there may be an option to pick them up at the bank. Is that an option, and if so can I cancel that previous order

We may still be able to update your check order to have it mailed to your local Store, rather than your home address.
Please give us a call at your earliest convenience. We're 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. If your check order hasn't yet shipped, we should be able to edit the mailing address and have them delivered to your Store. Even if we've already shipped your checks, please know for future orders that Store delivery is an option we may be able to offer.
