Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Asrar. We're sorry if you've misplaced your debit card and we'd be glad to help you with the next steps.
If you lost your debit card, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may close it. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close your card and review your account for any unauthorized activity.
You are also able to send us a secure message via Online Banking to close your card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that with both options, a Specialist would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days.
