My brother is a pilot so he is always flying. He asked that I cash one of his checks. It is made out to him and he even signed it and put the account number on it.

Hello Anna, thank you for coming to TD Helps.
Since the check you mentioned is written out to your brother, you may only deposit the check into your account. Both you and your brother will have to visit a TD location where he will have to sign the back of the check and an Endorsement Authorization & Release from must also be signed.
