I have some old accounts that are still in my maiden name. If I have a check made out to my old name will I be able to cash it at the bank? The TD account was opened under my maiden name. THanks!

You'll be pleased to know that you can cash a check that was made out to your maiden name. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID to any TD Bank. Please note that you need to have sufficient funds in your account(s) to cover the amount of the check or at least equal to the amount of the check, are available in your total of all your TD Bank accounts.
