Welcome to TD Helps, Naramsin. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
We notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If your inquiry is in regards to your account with TD Canada Trust, we recommend reaching out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team. You are able to submit a question to them by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U.
If you prefer to speak with a Representative directly, please take a look at TD Canada Trust's contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
If you're referring to visiting a TD Store in the U.S., please know that in order to cash a check the item itself would need to be drawn on TD Bank. If the check you're referring to is drawn on another financial institution, you would need to have an account here with us and have enough funds in the account to cover the total amount of the item.
Please know that there may be a check cashing fee assessed if you do not have an account with TD Bank.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to a TD Store directly. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
