Hi there Shaneeka,
Hope you're doing well this evening!
If you have a TD Bank deposit account (such as Checking, Savings, or Money Market account), this item could be cashed at any TD Bank location with your valid photo ID as long as you have sufficient funds in your account(s) to cover the amount of the check. If your account does not have sufficient funds, you are more than welcome to deposit the item and allow the funds to become available for withdrawal. To find TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are not currently a TD Bank Customer and would like to negotiate this item, you would be welcome to deposit it if you open an account with us. Here at TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking and Savings accounts. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF or check out our checking selector http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1g5vhXQ, or if you prefer, we also have a savings selector http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
If you wish to open a new account, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i to take you directly to the account opening application. You may also feel free to call us directly 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 with any questions you may have and set up your new account via telephone.
Additionally, you are welcome to stop by your nearest TD Bank store to speak with a Banking Specialist regarding new account options to determine what product type fits you the best.
Just in case you are not an existing TD Customer and do not wish to open an account with us at this time, you can reach out to Eagle One Federal Credit Union directly to obtain their check cashing policy, or negotiate the item with your own financial institution.
We hope this provides some direction for you, Shaneeka.
Best of luck and have a great night!
