Typically, you are able to negotiate checks drawn TD Bank even though you may not be an account holder. As you mention that you have an Official Check, you may be able to negotiate the check at a TD Store in your area. We recommend contacting your Store directly for further details. Upon your visit, we will ask you to provide valid photo identification (Driver's License, passport, State issued photo I.D. etc.) at the time of the check cashing. Please note that there is a fee of $7.00 per check for this check cashing service. Keep in mind that fees are subject to change.
