I was charged twice for a purchase. I contacted the vendor and they claimed that they would remove the charge. However, I was charged twice anyway. I am in Europe and without a phone to charge the dispute. What should I do at this point? They cannot remove the charge from pending so my only option is to challenge, right?
Please let me know.
