We do offer a couple of options on how to update your address. The options will vary based on what type of account you have.
For personal accounts (Checking, Savings, Money Market, etc.) while you may call 888-751-9000 anytime to update your address, we also have an option where you can request it to be updated via Online Banking. If you're already enrolled Online Banking you may log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that says "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." If you're not already enrolled for Online Banking we do ask that you either give us a call at the number listed above.
You're also welcome to update your address by sending us a fax to: 856-533-1138. Please include your account number, new address and your signature on the fax. You may also mail us your request to:

For business accounts with one signer you may also use the options listed above with the exception of calling 888-751-9000. Customer Service at that number is unable to update an address for a business account.
Updating your address on a Credit Card can be done by calling 888-561-8861, logging in at
http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. Once you log in online, please click on "Services" then "Manage Credit Card" and finally "Update Mailing Address and Phone Number."
To change your address for a Personal Loan, you may call 800-328-2119 or send us a secured message via Online Banking.
Please call 800-328-2119 to change your address for an Unsecured Line of Credit and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC).
Please note your change of address requests can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
