In reply to Kadija, Brampton
Good evening, Kadija,
Thank you for your question tonight.
We see that you're writing to us from Brampton. Since you've reached us here at TD Bank within the States, if you bank with our partners at TD Canada Trust you are more than welcome to find out more about your question at these links: http://bit.ly/1BPNsl6 and http://bit.ly/1eK6hMf. If you have other questions, please feel free to reply on those pages.
In case you are referring to accounts held with us here at TD Bank, N.A. we can certainly advise you. For your Visa Debit card, if you know your current PIN you do have the option of resetting it using our automated phone line (IVR). This option is available at 888-553-4122 – please just follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your debit card handy for this option.
With respect to a U.S. Visa Credit card you may have with us, a couple of options apply. If you have one of our new chip cards, in order to change your PIN for this card we'll have to send this to you via mail. You can reach us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to place your request. If you have a card with us that doesn’t yet have a chip, then we can reset this info with you over the phone. Please get in touch with a Representative at the number just mentioned and we'll help you directly.
We hope this covers it for you, Kadija!
All the best and have a wonderful evening.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
