Congrats on your new home, Michael! We are happy to inform you that you are able to update your address online and we would be happy to provide you with the steps.
If you are enrolled in online banking and your account has been open for more than 30 days, you may request to update your address via online by following these steps below:
After you log onto your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab -Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link -Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary. -After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and your account is more than 30 days and you would like to enroll, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you need assistance, our Digital Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
However; if you are not enrolled in online banking and or your account is less than 30 days old, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. Upon proper account verification, we will be gladly to update the address for you.
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changes by logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Address Change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card. If you need help, feel free to contact us at (888) 561-8861, or stopping into any TD Bank Store.
To change your address for a Personal loan, Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC), you may send us a secure message via your Online Banking by selecting the "Send a Message" feature. Please provide your account number along with your new address in the message. You may also contact us at (800) 328-2119, or stopping into any TD Bank Store.
Please note, address change requests may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
