I downloaded a new app called The Mint and it asked for my username and password... Which of course I entered. I do not want to use the app but, I think I should change my password for security reasons.

You can definitely change your password at any time when you like to. After logged onto your online account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then under "Self Service" select the "Change Password" option. You may then change your current password to your new password in no time.
