I am currently a student going to school in the US and my PIN got locked while I was shopping at a grocery store. I was told that I need to re-initialize the PIN at a Canadian TD branch. Unfortunately, I will not be up in Canada until much later this year and I need to use my card between now and then at locations that only accept my card with the PIN working. The closest TD branch relative to where I am living is 543 miles away. Is there another way I can change this PIN or re-initialize the old one, without having to drive 543 miles?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Bianca. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Please know that you've reached TD Bank in the U.S. Because of this, we recommend reaching out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team. You are able to do so here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once you submit a question to our friends to the Canadian Team, we're sure they'll be glad to provide alternatives.
You are also able to reach out to a Representative at TD Canada Trust directly for help. To take a look at their contact options please visit here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you soon, Bianca. Have a good day.
