I move to another city and I want to know do I need to pay any fee since the old safety box hasn't been due for the annual fee yet? Thank you!

Hi Chu! Thanks for reaching out to us.
We hope your move went smoothly!
If you're annual fee is not due yet, there may be money that can be refunded to you or transferred to your new box.
If you haven't yet closed out your previous Safe Deposit Box, or even if you have, stop into a Store near your new home to rent a new Safe Deposit Box. They should be able to work with the Store where your box was located to use any available credit toward your new rental. You may want to reach out directly to some TD Bank Stores in your area to ensure they have the box size that you need. To find contact info and hours for Stores near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. Safe Deposit Boxes are managed by our Stores so any of our Stores should have access to information about your previous Safe Deposit Box as long as you can provide the Store where it's located. .
We hope you're enjoying your new city and wish you all the best. We look forward to seeing you soon, Chu!
