Hey Jessie, welcome to TD Helps! There are multiple ways to change your mailing address and we'd be more than happy to go over all the options with you.
If you have personal accounts with TD Bank or business accounts with only one signer on the accounts and the accounts are opened longer than 30 days, you can request your address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. You may also send a request using Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Clicking onto this link will bring you to our TD Bank login page. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." Please note: this option is only for Customers who have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days.
Another option to change your mailing address would be visiting a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. For locations and hours, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, if your accounts are opened less than 30 days, you must visit a local TD Bank Store to update your address.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers or new accounts which are opened less than 30 days, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store or via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

Please include the following information:
Your account number
A specific request to update your mailing address and telephone numbers
Full signatures of all authorized signers on the account for verification purposes (If there are multiple signers on the account)
A daytime and evening phone number where you may be reached if necessary
Just in case you have Loans, Line of Credits or Credit Cards accounts with TD Bank, we also have you covered:
To change your mailing address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Address Change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
The change of address for a Personal loan can be completed by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 328-2119.
