Welcome to TD Helps, Cameron.
To check the balance of your account with your TD ATM card, you can stop by any ATM to check your balance. To locate a TD ATM, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be additional fees applied for this service. For more information about our current fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We'd like to take this opportunity to share with you that there are other convenient ways you can check your account balance and transactions free of charge. We'd be more than happy to guide you through.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging in to your account. You may also view the transactions as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activity.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling us at 888-751-9000. To utilize our automated banking system (IVR), simply enter your TD ATM card number. If you wish to speak with a live Specialist, please select "0" at any point.
Thanks for reaching out to us, Cameron and we hope this helps.
