I am moved back to out of states therefore, I cannot visit TD bank and I am not coming back to America at least 2 years. So I am willing to provide my information to process cancellation through phone or online. For me there is no alternative.

If your account has a zero balance, there are several options you can go about closing your account. Your first option is to contact Banking Specialists directly. You may reach them from outside the US by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.

You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. Once you've successfully enrolled and after you log onto your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.
