If you still want to close your account, you can send your request by mail. Please mail your written, signed, and notarized request to the TD Bank location the account was opened at. If you are unsure which location that was, you can take a here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for all of our Stores. You can also call our 24/7 Customer Service line from outside of the US by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
