Hey Jared, thanks for visiting us here at TD Helps! We would be happy to help! You can certainly deposit your check in minutes safely and securely without making a trip to the bank! If you choose to make a deposit through your smart phone, you’ll first need to ensure you have an internet-enabled Android or iPhone device with a camera and that you are enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking as well as the TD Bank Mobile Deposit service. Also, please make sure you have been a TD Bank customer for at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. You can always visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF to view other Frequently Asked Questions which could be useful. If you have not been enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you need assistance, feel free to call us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! You may also visit us at any TD Store for help! Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of hours and locations near you. Once you've enrolled via www.TDBANK.com, you can than download the TD Bank Mobile App. To do so, you can click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. Please select the correct tab and input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. You may also visit your AppStore for an iPhone, Google play or Amazon Appstore for Android if you have an Android device or the Blackberry App World if you have a Blackberry device. If you've been a customer less than 90 days, we have another option for you. You can make a deposit via mail by sending your deposit to: TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243. Here are some tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit: - Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only) - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly - Do not staple transactions We would also recommend checking out http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for all of the information you'll need to know about funds availability starting on page 35. We hope this helps, Jared. Have a great one and please do not hesitate to write back if you have any other banking questions.
