Thank you for reaching out to us here on TD Helps, Lesa! We'll be happy to answer any questions you have about Mobile Deposits.
Mobile Deposit is a free service for eligible TD Bank Customers. In order to be eligible, you must be a TD deposit Customer for at least 90 days or more and have at least one active Checking, Money Market, or Savings account. CDs, IRAs, and Passbook accounts are not eligible.
You are able to deposit Money Orders through TD Bank's Mobile Deposit. Please take into consideration that Money Orders are difficult to capture a readable image for Mobile Deposits. There are security features within the background of Money Orders that could trip up image processing systems such as our Mobile Deposit. We recommend depositing the Money Order at any TD Bank location during lobby hours to ensure the promptness of the deposit. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. If you have any additional inquiries, feel free to contact our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562 available 24/7. You may also visit your local TD Bank location for additional assistance.
We hope this helps and have a great day!

Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Joyce.
As our friend Megan mentioned above, you are able to deposit Money Orders into your account in whichever way is the most convenient for you.
You may either visit a TD Store location to perform your deposit with a Teller, or you may also make your deposit at an ATM by using your Debit Card. You would also have the option of using our Mobile Deposit feature, and if you'd like to learn more, we invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1vQMhtR.
As a friendly reminder, if you have any questions or concerns, you're always welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist by calling 1-888-751-9000, 24/7. You may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this clears up any confusion, Joyce. Take care!
