Welcome to TD Helps, Erica. We'll be glad to assist today!
In order for your husband to deposit checks that are made payable to you into his TD account, the check would need to be endorsed by you, and then you would endorse the check over to your husband. For instance, you would endorse the check on the back and write, "Pay to the order of (your husband's name)" He then endorses the check to deposit it into his account. Please note, we cannot accept 3rd Party Checks that are Government or insurance checks. You and your husband would need to be joint account holders. Also, the checks would be accepted for deposit only into his account.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD location. For a listing of our hours by Store check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information is helpful, Erica and have a great day!
