Welcome to TD Helps, Allan.
We would like to inform you that at this time our Mobile Deposit feature is only for Smart Phones. If Mobile Deposit is not an option for you, you can simply mail your deposit to the following address:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions
If you have any questions about when your deposit will become available, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits. Our friendly 24/7 Banking Specialists can also be reached by telephone to answer all your banking inquires. Please remember, we are here for you and we are only one phone call away. When calling from Brazil or any other country outside the United States, please dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line).
Last, but not least you can send an international wire transfer from an account in the UK to your TD Bank US account.
To receive an international wire transfer already in U.S. currency to a TD Customer's deposit account, you should provide the following information to the financial institution overseas:
Wire to: TD Bank Location: Wilmington, Delaware ABA#/Routing#: 031101266 Credit To/Beneficiary: Our Customer's Full Name (exactly as we have it listed on their TD Bank account) Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on our Customer's TD Bank account Account#: Our Customer's full TD Bank account number
Please note; if the financial institution sending the wire transfer to TD Bank is unable to accept an ABA/Routing number for an international transfer and they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (already in U.S. currency) into your account, then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A. BIC/Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX Bank Address: TD BANK, N.A. 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, USA
In Favor of: Beneficiary Account Number: Our Customer's full TD Bank account number Beneficiary Full Name: Our Customer's full name as we have it listed on their account Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on our Customer's TD Bank account
Keep in mind the above instructions are for U.S. Currency only – if the wire is being sent in foreign currency you must instead use the following information:
Wire to: The Toronto-Dominion Bank Swift Code: TDOMCATTTOR Bank Address: The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2
For Further Credit to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A. Swift code: NRTHUS33XXX Beneficiary Bank Address: TD BANK, N.A. 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, USA
In Favor of: Beneficiary Account Number: Our Customer's full TD Bank account number Beneficiary Full Name: Our Customer's full name as we have it listed on their account Beneficiary Address: Our Customer's address exactly as it appears on their account.
Additionally, we strongly recommend connecting with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Please know that we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and they will be returned to the sender. When sending or receiving a wire transfer, fees may apply regardless of the currency sent. For a full list of current fees including wire transfers, please review our most current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
