Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Nina. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about making deposits.
We're happy to say that you can make deposits at any TD Bank Store. For help locating a TD Store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. We'd also like to share other options for you to make deposits into your TD Bank account(s).
If you are unable to visit us during our normal banking hours, please note that our ATMs accept check or cash deposits. If you have a very busy schedule and could not make to a Store location, no worries because we also offer Mail-In Deposit service; you can mail your checks to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-Do not staple transactions
Additionally, we offer Mobile deposit service via our Mobile App. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account.
Please note; there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Our complete Funds Availability Policy can be found on pages 38-41. If you have any further questions, you can give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visiting your local TD Store.
We hope this is the information you were looking for, Nina. Visit us again anytime.
