Hi Hung and it's great to have you come to TD Helps today with your question.
Please understand, although TD Bank and TD Ameritrade are under the same TD shield, we are different entities. We apologize that you would be unable to complete any TD Bank transactions at TD Ameritrade locations and vice versa.
If you are not in the area of a TD Bank Store at this time, you do have the ability to make cash deposits at non-TD ATMs as long as it is listed as a NYCE shared deposit ATM within the US. Keep in mind that any deposits made at non-TD Bank ATMs will take longer to clear your account. Cash deposits made with your card at these ATMs can take up to five business days after the deposit is made, while check deposits can take up to seven business days. If you'd like to take a look at this information in greater detail, we invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Pages 38-41 detail all of our deposit availability information.
If you'll be depositing a check, you also have the option to bank by mail, or use our convenient Mobile Deposit feature.
Bank by mail allows you to mail in your deposits and we will make the deposit for you! To use this feature, please mail your check deposits along with your deposit slip to our Mail Depositor Teller at TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, ME 04243.
To use our Mobile Deposit feature, feel free to do so if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you haven't done so yet, signing up is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can then use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. Once you have done so, feel free to take a quick tour of our App and watch a short Mobile Deposit instructional video, also found at that page.
If you have any additional inquiries about using Mobile Deposit, feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562, available 24/7. You may also visit your local TD Bank location for additional assistance.
If you have any further questions, you can give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visiting your local TD Store. For hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We certainly hope this helps and have a great day.
