Hi I wanted to know if I can deposit a check that was issued to my fiancé into my account. Does he have to be present at the time or can I just go in person my self and deposit the check.

Thanks for your question, Kimberly. We'd be glad to help.
If you and your fiancé are both listed on the account as joint owners, you are more than welcome to stop into any TD Bank Store to deposit the check.
If you're listed as the sole owner of the account, both of you would be required to visit one of our Stores to deposit the check with a Teller. Please note that each of you would be required to present valid identification (such as a Driver's License, State ID or Passport) in order to make the deposit. Feel free to find a listing of our Stores closest to you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, Kimberly. Have a good day.
