From your message, we're uncertain as to whether you have a personal or business account with us, Kathy. No worries, we'll be glad to review the options that each of these has for depositing funds!
First, if you have Personal banking accounts with us, our Person–to–Person Payments would be a great and convenient option for you. This feature would allow you to transfer funds from your personal TD Bank account to someone else's account either here at TD Bank or another financial institution and is available via our Online Banking service. If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here to log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging in to your account, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
When sending a transfer, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries! We have you covered. You can use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Social Security Number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case you don't have the information required to set up your Online Banking account, or if you need assistance with enrolling or a transfer, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
On the other hand, if you have Business accounts with us and use TD Bank BusinessDirect for your online banking platform, you have the option of sending ACH (direct deposit) payments directly from within this account as an optional add-on service. Kindly note that the Person-to-Person Payments service as above is only available for personal accounts at this time.
To do so, you must first be enrolled in the ACH service. To begin, please log in to BusinessDirect here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." BusinessDirect will then require you to answer three questions in regard to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "next," a message will appear, letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days. Please note that if you do not receive a call or if you miss the call from our Representatives, we kindly ask that you go into a TD Store near you to complete the enrollment request. For hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly note that there is a $10 Batch fee for each group of ACH payments you send via this feature, which is subject to change.
