Can I dispute a payment to Foodler, a food delivery service when I never got my food due to a problem in the delivery?
I contacted Foodler Support Team and requested a refund. However, this is the response I received " I have contacted Thai Time in regards to your order. I did my best to pursue compensation on your behalf. Unfortunately the restaurant has declined a refund of any kind as they attempted to deliver but were unable to reach you. Contractually Foodler is unable to refund an order without the authorization of the restaurant."

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with this transaction. As you've been unsuccessful attempting to resolve this directly with the merchant, we can file a Regulation E merchant dispute on your behalf.

We'll take all the necessary information from you, such as the transaction info, what's occurred, and the feedback you received from the merchant to file the dispute. Please note that merchant disputes can take up to 60 business days to be completed.
