I see some responses to this question but they are over a year old so I do not know if the policy changed. Is it possible to do international wire transfers online? I am looking to send money from New Jersey, USA to Philippines, and USA to Canada. I realize technically Canada is not international but some places of business consider it international. Please advise. Thank you.

In reply to Santa, Sewell
It's great to have you here on TD Helps, Santa! We will be happy to provide you with the information needed.
As you are one of our Small Business Customers and if you're using BusinessDirect Online to log in to your accounts, there are many features you can take advantage of. While there is the specific ability to send domestic wire transfers as an optional add on feature , we do not offer international wire transfers via BusinessDirect and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. To discover all the advantages of TD Bank BusinessDirect , please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW.
Also, kindly note that if you'll need to send international wires online, this feature is offered via our eTreasury Online platform for commercial accounts, and you're welcome to review our Treasury Management Services at http://bit.ly/1p7oaBi. For additional information on this service, you may also complete the form at: http://bit.ly/YNfvzs and a Treasury Management Services representative will respond no later than the following business day, or they can be reached at 888-388-0408 during normal business hours. For a connection, feel free to use our international telephone numbers as listed below.
To send an international wire, please visit your local TD Store during lobby hours (http://bit.ly/TDStores) with the following information:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply.
Keep in mind that transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
