We make daily deposits with checks that are mailed to us, but sometimes getting someone to the bank with the deposit slip and checks is difficult... is there a more digital process we could use to make deposits into our checking account?

Hey, Pamela! Thanks for joining us. We understand your concern and will be glad to help with some more convenient deposit options for you.
Although checks cannot be scanned and sent for deposit via email, you're more than welcome to use our Mobile Deposit feature to deposit checks remotely.
If you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you can begin using the Mobile Deposit feature with most Android or iPhone devices with a camera. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you haven't done so yet, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. For any assistance you may need, give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you can use your mobile phone or device to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. And if you'd like any help at all in downloading or using the app, feel free to contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
From your message, it sounds as though you may have a business account with TD Bank. If this is the case, you're also welcome to use Mobile Deposit once you're enrolled for our BusinessDirect online access. If you're not already signed up, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Click Continue, and then complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password.
Once this is complete or if you're already enrolled, feel free to download the TD Bank BusinessDirect App here: http://bit.ly/XPQXFn, which has the same requirements as our Mobile App for personal accounts. If you have any question about our BusinessDirect Mobile App, you're welcome to reach us anytime 24/7 for assistance at 800-493-7562, using Option 2.
And if by any chance you have a commercial account with TD, we'd also like to provide TD Digital Express as another opportunity you have for depositing, which is a remote deposit capture option. Feel free to take a look here for more information: http://bit.ly/1t5Wwv1. You're welcome to speak with a member of our Treasury Management Services Team at 888-388-0408, or send a message here: http://bit.ly/YNfvzs and a representative will respond no later than the following business day.
You may also want to speak with a Representative at your local Store, who can review your accounts in particular and provide any additional options based on your needs. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a Store nearest you.
We hope these options make it easy for you, Pamela and don't hesitate to ask any questions. Have a great day!

Thanks for joining in, Lynn. We'd be glad to help with Mobile Deposit limits.
Mobile Deposit Limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. At this time, the limits to the amounts you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature are as follows:

More than 1 year, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $6,000
Please note; the limits are subject to change. Additionally, the 30-day limit is rolling and does not follow the calendar month or the statement cycle. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information and to see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
We'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have about Mobile Deposit. Please call one of our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or you're also welcome at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
