If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking for your existing Checking account, your new Checking account should be added to your existing Online Banking profile automatically if they are both personal accounts under your name or both business accounts under the same TIN and business name.
If the answer is yes to either of the two scenarios listed above and you are still not seeing the new Checking account online, we ask you please contact our Digital Banking Team, 24/7, at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the new account to your Online Banking in no time. Also, you may visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you.
