I have a check that was cashed after sending it to a courthouse, they say they never got it. So is there a way i can find out who cashed my check or at least what bank it was cashed at

Good morning, Mike, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear of any confusion you may be experiencing, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we're always happy to review your account with you directly, at whichever method you find the most convenient. We'll gladly provide you with all the ways you are able to connect with us, and once you have done so, one of our Specialists can then review any information that may be available for your transaction.
First, you're welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, that's okay, as you also have the option of speaking with a Banking Specialist by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, our Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Finally, if you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
In the event that you need a copy of your check as proof to provide to your courthouse, please don't hesitate to ask, and we'll be more than happy to have a copy either mailed to your address, or should you decide to visit a Store location, a copy may be provided to you right away. Please know that fees may be assessed for copy request, and you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to learn more.
We hope this information was helpful, Mike, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns for you.
Have a great weekend!
