Welcome to TD Helps, Stephen. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction. If your wife has lost her debit card while away, she is able to send us a secure message via Online Banking to request a new one. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Please know that an authorized signer for an account is only able to have one open debit card at a time per qualifying account. If you have any questions, feel free to reach us while overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any land line telephone. We hope to hear from you soon, Stephen and have a good day.
