We offer a variety of ways to obtain your statement, Jenn, and we'd be glad to share.
Your Tellers or Customer Service Representatives at your local TD Store are able to print a statement during a visit. Be sure to bring your valid photo ID for verification purposes!
You're also able to review statement activity using Online Banking by signing in here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO and follow the steps below:
Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on.
Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View”.
You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
You're also able to review this information using the Mobile Banking App. Simply sign in, select the desired account followed by the Statements tab. Your available statement information will be displayed there for view/download.
If you do not have a printer and need a physical copy but don't have time to visit, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send a secure message to request copies to be mailed.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
We hope these options help, Jenn! Have a great day!
