You may request copies of your deposited checks and deposit slips by sending us a secure message via your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you've successfully enrolled for Online Banking and have logged in, to send a Secure Message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." In your message, please provide specific details regarding your request.
You may also connect with us at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialists 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be more than request those copies for you. Additionally, you can stop by any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours, for your request. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Your requested copies will be mailed to you to the address we have on file and you should expect to receive your copies within 7-10 business days. Please note that there may be fees associated with this request. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fees that may apply.
