We appreciate your visit on TD Helps, Robert! We're happy to provide you with options to obtain a copy of a cashed check. You may stop by a local TD Store, during lobby hours to request a check copy to be printed. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You are also welcome to give our Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, that way they can put in the request to have the check copy mailed to the address we have on file for your account. You're also able to request check images via fax. To do so, please send your request to our Fulfillment Department at 856-533-1138. Include your full name, account number, the check number, check amount, your signature, and a brief statement about your request. If you use Online Banking and the check you're looking for was within the past 60 days you will be able to view and print that check directly from your Online Banking. Once you're logged in online, to view checks you would select your Checking account. Online Banking will then bring you to your Account History. The web page is automatically programmed to display the last 10 days but you may view the last 60 days of history from the drop down box. You can also use the "Power Search" feature on the right hand side of the page across from where "Account History" is displayed. You can type in a check number, check range, amount and click "Search." This will bring up the check you are looking for and then you can click the blue link that says "View Check Image." Additionally, if you are signed up for paperless statements and need to look for your check outside the last 60 days of activity, check images are included on the last page of your statement and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab. If you do not have paperless statements, you may have your check images displayed on your monthly statement. Please note that there may be fees for this addition of this service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also log in to send us a secure message requesting the copy. Once you're logged into your Online Banking please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Secure Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number. Please note that there may be fees associated with this request, we invite you to view our Fee Schedule listed above. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. We hope the information provided helps, Robert and have a lovely day!
