My employer is requesting a copy of a voided check to verify that it's my account that they're depositing my pay into. I went to a TD branch and requested one, however, while it had my routing and account number, my name wasn't printed into the check; I had to write it in. Because my name was not printed onto the check, they couldn't accept it. I'm assuming that it was a counter check. Is there any way that I can get a personal check, with my name & info printed on it at a TD branch without having to order a whole pack of them?

Hey Farjana and welcome to TD Helps! We'd be happy to assist you.
It sounds like you've tried to use a temporary check; however, please don't worry as we may have another option for you. We do offer a direct deposit form that your employer should be able to accept. You may view and print out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form at http://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP. While it does have to be filled out by hand, it is on an official TD Bank letterhead which is typically enough for most employers. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your employer and they'll do the rest!
You may also visit your nearest TD Bank Store during lobby hours to request this form in person. To find the closest location, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your day!

Hi there. Thanks for your answer. I did ask my employer if this form can be accepted but it looks like they want an actual check. If there isn't a different option, I can just order some checks, no worries. Thank you.
