Although images of deposited items cannot viewed online, we'll be glad to provide you with a copy. To obtain this, you can send a Secured Message while you're logged in and request a copy of the deposit. We would be able to send it to you via standard mail.

When sending the message, please include the check amount, date and any other identifying info so that we can best assist you. In addition to sending a secure message, you can call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a representative can order the deposit copy for you.
