Thank you for reaching out to us, Susan. We are more than happy to assist you with your inquiry today.
We can absolutely mail you a paper copy of your current statement for the checking account. You may place a statement request by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. You should expect to receive the copy in approximately 7 to 10 business days. To obtain a copy in a shorter amount of time, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store. To find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another way to obtain your statements is by logging into your personal online account at https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com/. This option allows you to print statements in the comfort of your home. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You w ill need your account number and debit or ATM card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process.
Finally, you can send us a written authorization request via fax to 856-533-1138. Attention: Fulfillment. Please include the following: Your name as shown on your account, your account number, details of your statements cycle dates, and your signature. Depending on the type of statements copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule (under “copies”).
We hope you find this information helpful. Have a great day!
