Hello Christopher, thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps on this lovely Friday.
At this time, TD Visa debit card can only be issued to TD account holders. If you're currently listed as a joint account holder on your parents' TD Checking or Money Market account, and you're at least 18 years of age, you can certainly obtain a TD Visa debit card by visiting your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID. You will walk out with a card in your hand!
If you're not currently listed as an account holder on their TD account, they can add you to their account if they agree. To add a signer on an existing account, all of you need to visit us at a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo IDs. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Let us know if you have any other question, Christopher. Have a fantastic weekend!
