lost my debit card, can i get a new one through the drive through

Thanks for writing into TD Helps, Kristyn! We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card and we'd be happy to help!
At this time, we are unable to provide Debit Cards through our drive thru; however, you may visit us, during lobby hours, so that we can close your Debit Card and for you to obtain a new one. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
Because you mentioned that you lost your Debit Card and if you are unable to visit us, if you have not done so, we recommend you contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and have one of our Banking Specialists close your card immediately. You will then have the option of having a new debit card mailed to your home address, again, if you are unable to visit us or prefer to have us mail the new Debit Card to you.
