I opened a passbook account on Dec. 29. I was given lots of paperwork and a debit card but no passbook. I started to register for online banking and stopped when I saw two kinds of Savings accounts..."Passbook" and "Statement" Do I have the choice of having an old fashioned physical passbook.? This account will have very little activity and I don't intend to make transactions online. Please advise.

If you opened a Passbook Savings account and you haven't received your passbook, we recommend contacting the Store where you opened the account for additional assistance. If you opened the account online, during the account opening process you would have selected a "Home Store," that is the location you will need to contact.
