I opened a passbook account on Dec. 29. I was given lots of paperwork and a debit card but no passbook. I started to register for online banking and stopped when I saw two kinds of Savings accounts..."Passbook" and "Statement" Do I have the choice of having an old fashioned physical passbook.? This account will have very little activity and I don't intend to make transactions online. Please advise.

We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps, Gerard and welcome to the TD Family!
If you opened a Passbook Savings account and you haven't received your passbook, we recommend contacting the Store where you opened the account for additional assistance. If you opened the account online, during the account opening process you would have selected a "Home Store," that is the location you will need to contact. For a listing of our Stores, please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again for writing in and enjoy the rest of your day.
