Of course you can get a printout, Mary! Great having you here today and we'll be happy to let you know how to do so.
Sounds like you're interested in obtaining a copy of your December statement, and for this we have plenty of options for you.
First, the easiest and quickest way to retrieve a copy of your statement is to print it via your Online Banking account.
If you're currently using TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this free feature, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the information required to set up your Online Banking account or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Specialist at the number above, who can mail the statements to your address on file. If you'd like a statement copy for a loan or line of credit you may have with us, please reach a Specialist on 800-937-5020, 24/7. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copy. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
Hope one of these options helps, Mary! All the best and have a great afternoon.
