Thanks for approaching TD Helps, Anthony.
You're welcome to call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or you may call collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. After account verification, we would be happy to process your request and mail you a new card.
You also have the option of sending us a secure message via your TD Bank Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link:http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us at the number listed above. After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Finally, your last option is to visit us at a TD Bank Store during lobby hours when you're back in the U.S.. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help and you can even receive your new Debit Card immediately at the Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here:http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if your Debit Card is linked to a business account, to obtain a new card you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
If you are attempting to request a debit card for your TD Canada Trust account, check out http://bit.ly/1DCJ9sY to see what our Canadian friends had to say.
We hope this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
