Good morning, and happy Friday, Patricia!
You have a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Currently, TD Bank's mobile banking app will show you the past 30 days of your mobile deposit history. In the event that you need confirmation of mobile deposits that may have been completed prior to this time frame, you're more than welcome to either review your statements, or you may even connect with us directly, and we'll be happy to assist you with reviewing your account, or obtaining copies, should you need them.
Reviewing your statements is easy, and can be done through our mobile app, or even your Personal Online Banking! To access your statements through your online banking, you'll first want to log in, and you're welcome to do so by simply clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, you'll next want to click on the account you would like to review your statements for. Then, click on the green 'Statements & Notices' tab, and simply locate the statement your deposits should reflect on, and click 'View.'
Reviewing your statement through your mobile app is just as simple. After logging in, you'll first want to click on the 'Accounts' button, which you can find towards the top, left hand side of your screen. From here, click on the account you would like to review, followed by the 'Statements' tab.
If you would prefer to review your mobile deposits with us directly, please don't hesitate to connect with us!
We'd first like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. For your convenience, Representatives are here to help during lobby hours, and if you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
During your visit, not only will a Representative be happy to review your account with you, but should you need it, they may even be able to provide you with copies of your mobile deposits.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, please don't worry, as you're still welcome to connect with us over the phone, or you may even send us a secure message! Banking Specialist may be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you would prefer to send us a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
It's important to note that when requesting copies, a fee may be assessed, and you're welcome to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg to learn more.
We hope you found this information helpful, Patricia, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have!
Take care, and have an amazing upcoming weekend!
