I am looking to get an ATM Card, I have a savings account and as I said before I am 16 so my dad is the Guardian on the account. If I go into my local TD Bank would he have to be present for me to get the ATM Card?

Great question, Tyler, thanks for writing in.
As you mentioned that you are a Minor on the Savings account, in order to obtain an ATM card, your dad, who you mentioned in the Custodian on the account, would have to be present in order to do so. When he is available, have him visit a nearby TD location, during lobby hours for an ATM card. For a complete listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, Tyler and have a fantastic day.
