There was fraud on my Venmo account that overdrafted my Checking Account. The money was returned to me by Venmo and deposited back into my account. I would like for the overdraft fee to be waived.

Hi Peter! Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today.
We're so sorry to hear that your Venmo account was compromised! It sounds like you've had it resolved, which is great.
Generally speaking, fees are refunded due bank error or along with settlement of a dispute that's been filed through TD Bank. However, we may at times refund fees as a courtesy to our Customers.
We'd be glad to review your account to determine eligibility for a fee refund. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to assist directly, but please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. You may also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Peter! Take care.
