I need 1099s for my personal account if one exists for 2013

TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2014 to our Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the year of 2013. Interest forms are not available online. However, we have some suggestions for you as we would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may choose the option that is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to provide you the total interest you eared and they can submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form ; if you have earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).

All TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please know that these forms were only sent out for Customers who earned at least $10.00 or more in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts. You may wish to review your interest earned on your December, 2014 statements for all of your accounts which earn interest.
If you have earned at least $10.00 or more in interest in the year of 2014; however, you have not received the tax from, we ask you please follow the options listed in the previous response to request a copy of your tax form, You can do so by contacting us via telephone, sending us a Secure Message or stopping by a TD Store location during lobby hours.
