Sure thing, Anne! We'd be glad to help you request this information.
Even if you do not use Online Banking, TD Bank maintains 7 years of records for our Customers!
You are able to call us 24/7 to request check images for your account. Our Banking Specialists can be reached by dialing 888-751-9000.
You are also able to visit a TD Store to make this copy request. To find a TD Store in your neighborhood, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you've since enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send a secure message while signed in. Please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with multiple copy requests. To learn more about any fees that may apply, please visit here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
If this is in regard to your account with TD Canada Trust, we recommend connecting with a Specialist there directly. You are able to select a convenient contact option here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope this helps, Anne. Have a wonderful weekend!
